Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cardinalis services. By purchasing, subscribing to, or engaging with any Cardinalis offering, you agree to the following terms.

01 — SERVICES

Cardinalis provides AI-powered systems, automation infrastructure, and strategic advisory designed to improve how businesses capture, manage, and convert opportunities.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Inbound lead capture systems
  • Outbound communication workflows
  • Business diagnostics and audits
  • Custom system builds and implementations
  • Ongoing optimization and support

The scope and nature of services will vary depending on the offering selected.

02 — BILLING

All subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing, you authorize Cardinalis to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

One-time services are billed upfront unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing may change at any time, but will not affect active subscriptions without prior written notice of at least 30 days.

03 — COMMITMENT

Certain services involve a minimum commitment period. Where applicable, this will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.

Subscription services require a minimum 3-month commitment from the date of first payment. Cancellation requests submitted before the 3-month period has elapsed will take effect at the end of the 3-month minimum term.

For ongoing systems and implementations, meaningful results typically require consistent use over time. A 90-day period is generally recommended to realize full value from any deployed system.

04 — CANCELLATION

You may cancel subscription services at any time by contacting support@cardinalis.app.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period or at the end of the minimum commitment period, whichever is later.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

Cardinalis reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if these Terms are violated or misuse of any system occurs.

05 — REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital systems, advisory work, audit delivery, and implementation services, Cardinalis does not offer refunds once services have been initiated, delivered, or accessed.

This includes but is not limited to: completed Sighting calls, delivered Bearing audits, initiated Charter or Meridian engagements, and any activated AI infrastructure systems.

If you have a concern about service quality or delivery, please contact support@cardinalis.app and we will work to address it directly.

06 — RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Cardinalis provides tools, systems, and strategic guidance designed to improve business performance.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, lead conversion rates, or performance results of any kind. Results depend on implementation quality, consistent usage, market conditions, client participation, and factors outside of our control.

Any revenue estimates, projections, or examples provided — including those generated by the revenue calculator on our website — are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

07 — CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
  • Participate in onboarding and implementation where required
  • Use all systems in a lawful and appropriate manner
  • Maintain access to required communication channels including phone, SMS, and any CRM integrations necessary for system function
  • Notify Cardinalis promptly of any changes that may affect system performance or delivery

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact results and service performance. Cardinalis accepts no liability for reduced performance resulting from incomplete client participation.

08 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All systems, frameworks, scripts, workflows, and strategic materials developed or delivered by Cardinalis remain the intellectual property of Cardinalis unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered systems and materials for their own business operations. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or sublicense any Cardinalis deliverable.

09 — CONFIDENTIALITY

Cardinalis treats all client business information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your business data, operational details, or engagement specifics to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Clients agree to treat any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or systems shared by Cardinalis as confidential.

10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardinalis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, systems, or deliverables.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 — UPDATES

Cardinalis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
